Which states does SettleWise accomodate?🔗

SettleWise is prepared to handle your closings in all 50 states, either through our direct licensure, or through our title partners.

What types of closings can SettleWise accommodate?🔗

SettleWise clients can schedule a mobile closing to meet the borrower wherever needed. SettleWise can also accommodate RON closings.

Who does SettleWise use for UW?🔗

For underwriting, SettleWise uses First American.

How long does a title search typically take?🔗

Standard Title turnaround Time is 72 hours.

Can SettleWise accommodate quick closings?🔗

We can accommodate quick/same day closings as long as we have closing docs and a balanced CD.

For attorney states, we need a little more time to prepare, as we need to get the docs to attorney for review. Ideal closing time once scheduled with attorney is within 24 hours.
